Up to £100,000 plus equity
This is a senior individual contributor role in a high performing, data driven FinTech, focused on driving personalisation and commercial impact across a fast growing US product portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of product, analytics and data science, shaping how customers experience products in a highly competitive market.
The Role
You will work closely with product, engineering and data science teams to drive insight and experimentation across the app and wider digital journey.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving personalisation across app and digital experiences
• Using data to surface the right products to customers at the right time
• Partnering with product teams to define and deliver personalisation strategy
• Leading funnel analysis to identify drop offs and conversion opportunities
• Owning A and B testing and experimentation, measuring uplift and impact
• Supporting propensity modelling and recommendation systems
• Analysing key metrics such as conversion, engagement and click through rates
• Contributing to improvements across complex consumer product journeys
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience in analytics within consumer tech or digital products
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, with Python central to day to day work
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing and optimisation
• Background in propensity modelling or recommendation driven environments
• Confidence working cross functionally with product managers and engineers
• Strong communication skills and a commercially focused mindset
