The Role
As Lead Product Manager, you will guide how AI and machine learning enhance personalisation and decisioning across the platform. You will work strategically and cross‐functionally, shaping the roadmap and defining how intelligent experiences come to life.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading discovery and strategy for AI and ML opportunities across the customer journey.
• Defining how personalisation, intelligent decisioning, and automation elevate user experiences.
• Owning the full product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery and optimisation.
• Partnering with Data Science, Engineering, and Decisioning teams to shape what gets built.
• Translating complex AI concepts into practical, user‐centred product decisions.
• Creating scalable frameworks, hypotheses, and metrics for intelligent features.
• Providing thought leadership within a product organisation building AI capability for the first time.
• Influencing senior stakeholders on long‐term AI strategy.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
• Strong commercial experience in product management, including shipping AI or ML‐powered features.
• Hands‐on experience with personalisation, recommendations, predictive guidance, or intelligent automation.
• Ability to think system‐wide across customer journeys and design cohesive user experiences.
• Proven end‐to‐end product ownership with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Skilled collaboration with engineering, data science, analytics, and leadership teams.
• A strategic mindset and confidence operating autonomously in ambiguous spaces.
Nice to have:
• Experience within fintech or other regulated consumer products.
• Exposure to responsible or ethical AI frameworks.
• Background in large‐scale cross‐journey personalisation.
