The Role

You will sit in a small, focused AI team and work closely with engineering to design, build and productionise new AI features across the platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, training and deploying AI and ML models on complex, large-scale data.
  • Building GenAI solutions using techniques such as RAG and frameworks like LangChain and related tooling.
  • Working full-stack across data ingestion, feature engineering, modelling and serving.
  • Combining modern GenAI approaches with classical machine learning techniques to improve product performance.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate models into user-facing features.
  • Monitoring and optimising models in production, ensuring reliability, scalability and quality.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Strong commercial experience as an AI, ML or Machine Learning Engineer working on end-to-end solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, including RAG and tools such as LangChain or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with a modern cloud environment, ideally GCP.
  • Confidence working across the data lifecycle, including aspects of data engineering.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in crypto and digital assets, with readiness to learn domain-specific tools such as wallet and blockchain analytics.
