This is a unique opportunity to help shape the next generation of analytics solutions, combining Power BI, application development, and emerging AI technologies to create innovative, client-facing products.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Power BI & Application Developer will:

• Develop and enhance client-facing analytics applications, reporting tools, and data products
• Design, build, and optimise Power BI dashboards, visualisations, and reporting solutions
• Integrate AI technologies, large language models, and agentic workflows into innovative applications
• Drive the transformation of traditional reporting outputs into scalable, product-driven analytics solutions
• Create executive-level dashboards that deliver meaningful insights and support business decision-making
• Partner closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Lead client demos, presentations, training sessions, and solution walkthroughs
• Develop intuitive user experiences that simplify complex analytics and maximise business value

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, dashboard design, and reporting best practices
• Solid SQL skills with the ability to work across complex datasets
• Experience developing applications and customer-facing digital products
• Exposure to AI technologies and integrations with large language models
• Experience implementing agentic AI workflows and automation solutions
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and their practical applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience delivering executive-level reporting and analytical solutions
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
