Principal Product Manager – Data Innovation
£125,000-£150,000 + Bonus
Fully Remote in The UK (With US Travel)

Our client is a global research technology (ResTech) platform transforming how the world’s largest organisations understand audiences, advertising impact, and consumer behaviour; operating at massive scale, the platform powers programmatic research and media measurement across 130+ countries, working with Fortune 500 clients including global media owners, streaming platforms, and enterprise advertisers. Their proposition focuses on optimising, scaling, and modernising how research is delivered and monetised. The business heavily invested in data, analytics, and AI-driven innovation.
The Role
This is a rare, super-senior Individual Contributor role with Director-level ownership, responsible for building a brand-new data and media measurement product line from scratch. You’ll own the entire Data Innovation portfolio: setting multi-year vision, defining how products are commercialised, and acting as the senior product authority across stakeholders, clients, and leadership. This is not a “hire to develop” role – you must be able to operate at this level immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy
- Define and champion a multi-year product vision for a new data innovation and media measurement platform
- Identify where the product wins in-market and how it scales globally
- Balance long-term innovation with near-term commercial impact
Execution
- Size and validate opportunities through customer research, data analysis, and market insight
- Translate complex data, AI, and measurement problems into clear product direction
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and R&D to manage technical trade-offs
Go-To-Market & Commercialisation
- Build and lead GTM strategy for new data products
- Turn platform capabilities into revenue-generating solutions
- Work closely with Commercial and Customer Success teams to ensure adoption and client impact
Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as the SME for data innovation, including synthetic data and data collaboration
- Influence across Product, R&D, Analytics, Commercial, Legal, and Marketing
- Operate externally with credibility alongside senior client stakeholders

- Real-time optimisation of live ad campaigns
- Cross-platform measurement (digital, social, linear TV, CTV)

- Measurement of ad recall, brand awareness, lift, and ROI
- Rapid deployment tools enabling studies to launch in minutes
Your Skills & Experience – these are Must-Haves
- Proven experience owning and scaling complex data platforms end-to-end
- Director-level or equivalent senior IC product leadership background
- Product build experience, ideally in media measurement or research technology
- Strong experience delivering AI / ML-enabled products
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
- B2B / SaaS product development background
- Senior-level communication and storytelling skills
- You don’t need to be hands-on technically; but you must be technically credible at depth
