They are hiring a Product Director to lead strategy and delivery for AI-powered molecule design products, driving adoption of LLMs, agentic systems, and modern scientific platforms across research teams. The role combines product leadership, technical fluency, and scientific collaboration in a highly visible environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered molecule design tools

• Lead and scale a growing Product Management function

• Partner with scientists, engineers, and ML researchers across R&D

• Drive adoption of LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic workflows

• Shape roadmap priorities for scientific platforms and AI products

• Influence platform modernisation and AI transformation initiatives

• Support delivery of scalable, cloud-native product ecosystems

Key Details

• Salary: £110k–£130k typical (£80k–£150k possible)

• Bonus, shares, car allowance, sign-on potential

• Hybrid working: 2+ days/week in London office
