Product Manager – Gaming

£60,000 + Bonus

Hybrid – Watford (3 days a week)

12-Month FTC (potential to go permanent)

The Company:

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s most recognised gaming operators at a time of huge digital transformation. Backed by a major international entertainment group, they’re redefining how players engage with online games — and you’ll be at the centre of shaping the next generation of Instant Win experiences.

The Role:

As Product Manager for Instant Win Games, you’ll lead the roadmap across a portfolio of 6–7 live and upcoming titles — from concept through to launch and optimisation. Reporting to the Product Lead, you’ll work closely with in-house product specialists and external studios to bring new games to life. You’ll drive the entire process: developing game concepts and wireframes, briefing studios, running weekly supplier calls, and ensuring every release lands on time, on brief, and within strict regulatory and player protection frameworks.

Typical Day-to-Day:

  • Shape the roadmap and maintain a strong pipeline of innovative, high-quality games.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple game titles — defining prize structures, reviewing creative builds, and overseeing final delivery.
  • Manage the Game Launch Plan, align milestones with studios, and ensure all governance approvals are secured across Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with studio partners, lead weekly production calls, and manage workflows with prize payment suppliers.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, support Assistant Product Managers and Executives, and mentor them to take on more complex titles over time.
  • Deliver more complex or licensed games and champion new ideas that push the category forward — including community-driven and social play concepts.

Who They’re Looking For:

  • 3–4+ years’ experience in Product Management (not Product Ownership)
  • Proven experience working on real-money games within iGaming, lottery, or digital casino environments (not sportsbook)
  • Strong understanding of game development processes — from concepts and wireframes to prize structures and creative builds
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at pace within a regulated setting
  • Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally with Legal, Data, and Compliance
  • People management or mentoring experience a plus
