The Role

• Own performance across the full customer journey, setting clear targets and driving improvements at every funnel stage.

• Lead a cross‐functional squad of engineers and a designer to deliver high‐impact product changes.

• Build and prioritise an experimentation roadmap, running structured A/B and multivariate tests that meaningfully enhance conversion.

• Use data to uncover behavioural insights, understand drop‐off points, and inform product decisions.

• Deliver features, UX improvements, and journey optimisations that improve completion rates, customer confidence, and operational efficiency.

• Apply AI and automation to remove friction, personalise the experience, and support internal teams.

• Partner with stakeholders across Credit, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, CRM, and Leadership to align product improvements with commercial and customer objectives.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong experience owning and improving complex, multi‐step funnels with measurable impact on conversion.

• Deep capability in experimentation, including building roadmaps, forming hypotheses, and interpreting test results.

• Confident working directly with data to define metrics, identify insights, and inform prioritisation.

• Practical experience applying AI or automation to enhance customer or product experiences.

• A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and move quickly.

• Strong judgement, with the ability to focus teams on high‐leverage opportunities.

• Confident leading cross‐functional squads and influencing stakeholders.
