Product Manager (Fintech – Payments and Cards)

London, hybrid three days per week onsite

£90,000 to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits

This is a chance to take ownership of core payments and card functionality within a scaled fintech product that is entering its next phase of growth. You will work on high impact features used by a large, international customer base, with strong visibility and influence across the product roadmap.

The Company

They are a global consumer technology business operating a widely used platform with millions of users worldwide. The organisation is expanding its fintech offering, investing heavily in digital wallets, payments and card products. Product teams are lean, collaborative and focused on delivering customer value at scale.

The Role

• Own and develop card related features including virtual cards and card lifecycle management.
• Optimise card to card and in app payment flows to improve reliability and user experience.
• Support integrations with digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Work closely with engineering on payments infrastructure and secure handling of payment data.
• Monitor transaction performance and drive improvements to success rates and latency.
• Use data to inform product decisions and prioritisation across the payments journey.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong product management experience within fintech or digital payments.
• Hands on ownership of card, wallet or payments products in a consumer environment.
• Experience building and scaling B2C mobile products.
• Data driven approach with confidence analysing transaction and behavioural data.
• Comfortable working in fast moving product teams with complex technical stakeholders.
