The Role
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for a core technology product area.
- Work closely with product management, delivery, engineering and architecture to align priorities with wider business strategy.
- Translate business needs into clear, prioritised outcomes and well defined backlog items.
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint readiness, balancing value, risk and technical complexity.
- Shape minimum viable propositions that deliver value quickly while maintaining platform stability.
- Track delivery progress and outcome based metrics, ensuring benefits are visible and understood by stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Product Owner within technology or digital change environments.
- Confidence working in agile delivery teams and managing a prioritised product backlog.
- Ability to make informed trade off decisions across business value, delivery risk and technical constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology audiences.
- Analytical approach, using insight and data to guide product decisions.
