This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‐growth technology environment where quality engineering plays a central role. You will help shape a modern test automation function, working with advanced tooling, AI‐assisted approaches, and a microservices architecture to improve reliability, performance, and delivery speed.

The Role
• Develop and enhance automated test suites to reduce manual testing.
• Contribute to the delivery of a modern financial technology product in a scale‐up setting.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA peers to ensure clarity, consistency, and testability of requirements.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, debugging, and synthetic data generation.
• Plan, design, and execute testing across smoke, regression, functional, and performance areas.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Work within Agile squads, contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.
• Support the adoption and expansion of test automation across the wider QA community.
Your Skills and Experience
You bring
• Strong commercial experience in QA automation using Java or Kotlin.
• Hands‐on use of AI tools to enhance productivity.
• A deep understanding of OOP principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web architecture.
• Strong API testing capability using tools such as RestAssured, Feign, Swagger, or Postman.
• Experience writing UI tests with Selenium, Selenide, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with TestNG, JUnit, and SQL for data validation.
• Experience with monitoring and debugging tools such as Sentry or Elasticsearch.
• Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools like JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience using test management systems (for example TestRail) and project tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Experience working in an Agile, fast‐paced environment, ideally with microservices.
