Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Corporate Accounts

Location: Wimbledon HQ

Working pattern: 5 days in-office for the first 6 months, moving to a 4:1 hybrid model thereafter

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + commission - £40-45k OTE

Harnham is a specialist recruitment business focused on data, analytics and AI. We work with a mix of established enterprise organisations and fast-growing businesses, supporting long-term hiring strategies rather than one-off roles.

We’re hiring an SDR to join our Corporate Accounts team, focusing purely on new business meeting generation.

The role

This is a dedicated SDR role within an agency environment, sitting alongside Growth Managers who manage and grow client relationships. Your focus will be on identifying target organisations, starting relevant conversations with senior stakeholders, and booking high-quality introductory meetings. There’s no delivery, no candidate management and no split focus, the role is about building pipeline at the front end. Over time, this role is designed to develop into an Account Executive position, for someone who wants to move into owning relationships and revenue.

What you’ll be doing

Prospecting & research

  • Identifying and researching target corporate accounts using LinkedIn, CRM data and internal tools
  • Building an understanding of organisations’ hiring priorities, growth plans and challenges
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

Outbound & meetings

  • Running outbound activity with a phone-first approach, supported by LinkedIn and email
  • Speaking with senior stakeholders across HR, Talent, Data and Technology
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking introductory meetings for the Corporate Accounts team
  • Working to a clear outreach structure to maintain consistency and quality

Learning & collaboration

  • Working closely with Growth Managers to understand how accounts are positioned and managed
  • Sitting in on client meetings to learn how we approach retained and strategic work
  • Feeding market insight and feedback back into the wider team

About you

You’ll probably suit this role if you:

  • Have experience in outbound B2B sales, SDR, recruitment, or a similar high-activity role
  • Are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders on the phone
  • Like having clear expectations around activity and outcomes
  • Are organised, consistent, and follow up properly
  • Are interested in progressing into a more senior commercial role over time

We’re not looking for someone to stay an SDR forever, the intention is to develop people who are ready to develop into this career.
