About the Role
Youâll join one of Harnhamâs specialist Data & AI teams through our structured Academy Programme, designed to give you strong foundations in sales, recruitment, and market knowledge.
This is a consultative sales role, where youâll:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Influence decisionâmaking and manage pipelines
- Develop deep knowledge in a niche, highâvalue market
Youâll be supported throughout by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead, combining classroom training with handsâon experience from day one.
The Harnham Academy Journey
Months 1â3: Learn & Master 180 Recruitment
- Sourcing active, passive, and hardâtoâfind candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts
- Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through interview processes
Months 3â6: Choose Your Path
- Continue developing as a highâperforming 180 recruiter, building deeper expertise in candidate management
or
- Progress into full 360 recruitment, developing business development skills, managing clients, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle
Youâll receive structured training, clear targets, and ongoing coaching whichever path you choose.
Who Weâre Looking For
Weâre looking for motivated, peopleâdriven individuals who are excited to build a longâterm career in recruitment. You might be:
- A recent graduate eager to start a professional career
- Someone with experience in sales or a customerâfacing role
- Highly motivated to succeed and driven by targets and progression
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building longâlasting relationships and delivering a great experience
Previous recruitment experience isnât required, attitude, ambition, and a desire to learn are what matter most.
