About the Role

You’ll join one of Harnham’s specialist Data & AI teams through our structured Academy Programme, designed to give you strong foundations in sales, recruitment, and market knowledge.

This is a consultative sales role, where you’ll:

  • Build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Influence decision‐making and manage pipelines
  • Develop deep knowledge in a niche, high‐value market

You’ll be supported throughout by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead, combining classroom training with hands‐on experience from day one.

The Harnham Academy Journey

Months 1–3: Learn & Master 180 Recruitment

  • Sourcing active, passive, and hard‐to‐find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches
  • Writing and posting compelling job adverts
  • Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through interview processes

Months 3–6: Choose Your Path

  • Continue developing as a high‐performing 180 recruiter, building deeper expertise in candidate management

or

  • Progress into full 360 recruitment, developing business development skills, managing clients, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle

You’ll receive structured training, clear targets, and ongoing coaching whichever path you choose.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, people‐driven individuals who are excited to build a long‐term career in recruitment. You might be:

  • A recent graduate eager to start a professional career
  • Someone with experience in sales or a customer‐facing role
  • Highly motivated to succeed and driven by targets and progression
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys building long‐lasting relationships and delivering a great experience

Previous recruitment experience isn’t required, attitude, ambition, and a desire to learn are what matter most.
