We’re partnering with a global wellness and fitness organisation rapidly expanding its AI capabilities across multiple markets. With major investment into a new AI function, the company is building scalable, production‐ready AI systems that enhance member experience, drive growth, and optimise operations.

The Role

They’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale end‐to‐end AI solutions used across digital products, marketing, CRM, and operations. This is a hands‐on, senior technical role where you’ll work across the ML lifecycle - from early experimentation through to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimisation. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence how AI is applied across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of production‐grade AI systems and services.
• Build and deploy classical ML models and LLM‐powered solutions.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and pipelines to embed AI into apps, CRM journeys, and internal tools.
• Own the full model lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, evaluation, retraining.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Marketing, and Operations to shape high‐value use cases.
• Drive best‐practice engineering and MLOps standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in ML engineering, AI engineering, or applied data science.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
• Expertise with ML frameworks (scikit‐learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LightGBM).
• Solid experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation.
• Strong software engineering and MLOps skills (CI/CD, containers, monitoring, model registries).
• Background in personalisation, recommendation systems, optimisation, CRM/marketing analytics, or conversational AI is beneficial.
