SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER

HYBRID - LONDON - 3 days a week in office

SALARY - £90,000 to £120,000

The Role

You will play a lead role in shaping their global collections and recoveries strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the strategic development of collections journeys, recovery operations and partner strategy.

• Using SQL and analytical techniques to interrogate complex datasets and generate commercially meaningful insights.

• Working closely with product, engineering, finance and operations to turn insight into action.

• Balancing customer experience, operational performance and unit economics when designing and evolving strategy.

• Managing and developing a direct report while contributing to a high‐performing analytics function.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in analytics, strategy or data‐driven problem solving in a relevant environment such as lending, credit risk, collections, fintech, pricing, fraud, or similar.

• Advanced SQL capability with confidence working with complex, multisource datasets.

• Ability to combine deep analytical thinking with high‐level strategic judgement.

• Experience collaborating with cross‐functional stakeholders in a fast‐paced setting.

• STEM or quantitative academic background is beneficial.
