Senior BI & Insight Analyst
Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Remote (UK)
A large UK organisation delivering training and apprenticeship programmes is looking for a Senior BI & Insight Analyst to join its growing Data & Automation team.
This role sits within a small but high-impact data team and will focus on delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, supporting stakeholders across the organisation with actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
- Manage BI support requests including troubleshooting reports, managing access, and maintaining dashboards
- Support data modelling, reporting structures, and data quality improvements
- Deliver insights across areas such as sales performance, operational delivery, and business performance
- Contribute to wider data platform and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Strong Power BI experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data modelling and DAX
- Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
- Comfortable working end-to-end from requirements gathering to insight delivery
You’ll be joining a team playing a key role in building a modern, unified data platform, helping the organisation move towards more automated decision-making and stronger business insight.
