This digital optimisation consultancy began with a focus on customer and marketing analytics, and has since expanded into web and CRO analytics in response to growing client demand.

The Role

As a Senior CRO Analyst, you’ll take the lead on strategic insights for one of the agency’s flagship clients. While a dedicated data science team handles the in-depth analytics, you’ll work closely with them, leveraging GA4 back-end data to craft compelling stories and deliver actionable insights to the client. Your focus will be on building clear, impactful presentations and guiding strategy based on the data.

What You’ll Need

• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics
• Familiarity with CRO platforms like Adobe Target , VWO , Optimizely , or Hotjar
• A working knowledge of data science concepts (e.g. clustering, predictive modelling)
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities – turning data into meaningful narratives is key
