The Role:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Partner closely with data engineering and technology teams to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support decision-making at all levels.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams across finance, sales, operations, and leadership functions.
  • Support data governance initiatives, helping to improve data quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to the analytics roadmap and help prioritise strategic data projects.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a complex business environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience delivering actionable insights that have influenced business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, ideally Power BI.
  • Exposure to Python or R is advantageous.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across a range of business functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis in a clear and practical way.
  • Experience working alongside data engineering or wider technology teams.
