This is a high impact Senior Product Manager role within a fast growing, app-based wealth technology business that is moving from experimentation into scale. You will take ownership of a core product area at a pivotal point in the company’s growth, shaping how high value clients experience and engage with the web platform.
The Company
They are a venture backed WealthTech business on a strong growth trajectory, currently in a late-stage funding round. The platform brings together a client’s full financial picture in one place and combines this with personalised, one-to-one financial advice delivered digitally. By operating without conflicts around asset management, they have the freedom to design products that genuinely support long term financial goals. Growth is a central focus as they prepare to expand their offering to a broader client base.
The Role
- Lead the core web app product squad, owning strategy, delivery and ongoing optimisation.
- Design and evolve engaging, forward looking customer journeys that move beyond historic data into interactive, insight led experiences.
- Own complex onboarding and acquisition flows tailored to very different client profiles and levels of wealth.
- Translate business growth objectives into clear product priorities and roadmaps.
- Work end to end across discovery, delivery and iteration in a fast paced startup environment.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering and commercial stakeholders to ship high impact features.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience building consumer facing digital products with a focus on customer experience and journey design.
- Proven ability to take full ownership of a product area from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities, coming from a consumer tech environment.
- Experience from startup or scale up technology businesses where speed and impact matter.
- Background in financial services is not required, but curiosity about complex customer needs is essential.
