This is a high impact senior product role within a fast growing AI driven life sciences business at a pivotal stage of scale. You will take ownership of product strategy and roadmap, helping to mature product capability and translate advanced technology into clear commercial value for pharmaceutical R and D teams.
The Role
- Own and evolve product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Strengthen product foundations, processes and frameworks
- Mentor and support existing product managers, raising overall product maturity
- Develop deep understanding of customers, segments and unmet needs
- Translate customer insight into clear, prioritised product opportunities
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success
- Connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and performance metrics
- Shape the future direction of the core platform and new product opportunities
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial product management experience across the full lifecycle
- Proven ability to scale and mature products in complex technology environments
- Experience working with data driven, AI enabled or highly technical products
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with scientific and technical teams
- Go to market exposure and ability to link product strategy to revenue impact
