Senior Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Specialist (180)

Location: Manchester

Working pattern: Initially 4 days in the office, moving to 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Salary: competitive basic + commission

As part of our continued expansion we are launching a new recruitment team in Manchester focused on delivery across international mandates.

We are hiring experienced recruiters who want to move into, or continue in, a delivery-focused (180) role, working exclusively on candidate generation and placement across established client relationships.

This is a hot desk with live roles from day one, there is no business development required, allowing you to focus fully on delivery and candidate engagement.

The role

You will partner with senior consultants who manage long-standing client relationships across our international markets.

Your focus will be on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across specialist technology roles within data and AI.

Responsibilities include:

• Headhunting and sourcing candidates across multiple channels

• Qualifying candidates for active client mandates

• Managing candidates through interview and offer stages

• Building talent pools within specialist markets

• Supporting placements across the UK, EU and US markets
