360 Agency Desk – Data & Analytics (UK–US Market)

Fully remote – anywhere in the UK

Competitive base salary (DOE) + uncapped, no‐threshold commission + bonuses + incentives

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to step into a fully remote UK–US desk, covering the East Coast of the US, within the world’s leading Data & Analytics recruitment consultancy.

You’ll be joining Harnham’s established UK–US team, operating in a market we’ve been active in for over 12 years. This is not a cold start. The desk benefits from deep historical data, long‐standing client relationships, and significant current revenue momentum.

With an average deal size of c. £55k, this role is built for consultants who want to work high‐value, consultative recruitment, owning their desk end‐to‐end while leveraging the scale, brand, and infrastructure of a global specialist.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Proven experience running a 360 agency desk
• A track record of cold business development and account growth
• Experience billing in permanent and/or contract recruitment
• Confidence owning and expanding senior client relationships
