UX/UI Designer

A fast-growing online pharmacy is on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer to join their team on a 6-month contract. They need someone who can jump into ongoing projects and help refine the digital experience across their website and mobile app.

UX/UI Designer - Contract

Online Pharmacy

£150 per day (Inside IR35)

2 Days per week in the office in Leeds

Role and responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative and user-friendly interfaces

• Conduct user research, analyze insights, and integrate findings into design solutions

• Support design validation through usability testing

• Design and refine UI components, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and a high-quality user experience

• Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive design systems

• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/technologies

Skills and Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Sketch , Adobe creative , and/or InVision

• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and gathering insights for design iterations

• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and user-centered design

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work with external agencies and internal teams effiently
