• d upBuild intelligent routing algorithms based on execution quality, liquidity, latency and

• yersCollaborate closely with front office traders and product to refine routing l

What You

• Need:8+ years of Java development building low-latency systems in a front office enviro
• nmentProven track record building and benchmarking execution algorithms from the grou
• nd upStrong experience with SOR development in markets such as FX, equities or c
• ryptoDeep knowledge of OMS / EMS architecture, market gateways and tick data anal
• yticsSolid understanding of concurrency, networking and memory manag
