Business Analyst
We’re working with a leading financial services firm in London with an exceptional track record of growth over the last few years, looking for a business analyst to lead and drive change as well as connecting technology teams focused on equities with wider business functions.
This is a hands-on-role, perfect for someone able to work and communicate with other department heads within the business while also taking responsibility and having a focus on improving trading infrastructure and systems.
Our client needs:
- Expertise in being able to convert business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Current business analyst or Project manager (or equivalent.)
- Experience working with order types, order book behaviour and auctions.
- Prior experience working with engineering teams in line with SDLC methodology.
- Previous experience involved with documentation and API specifications.
We’re looking for:
- Someone comfortable in driving transformation across both business and technology teams.
- A proven track record previously with teams.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear previous displays of organisational skills with multiple technology teams.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proven track record of working on fast paced complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of trading, in particular equities with dark pools and matching engines
