• esGather, analyse and document complex business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear technical solution
• s.Work closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle, creating user stories, epics and detailed acceptance criteri
• a.Manage delivery of product initiatives, including project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks and escalation point
• s.Collaborate with internal teams including technology, operations, compliance, surveillance, sales and client managemen
• t.Contribute to product roadmap development and support the delivery of strategic business prioritie
• s.Support client onboarding through creation of training materials, documentation and product guidanc
• e.Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology solutions and delivery framework
• s.Assess project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategie
• s.Maintain high standards of documentation, including technical specifications and API documentatio

• ve:Experience working as a Business Analyst delivering technology solutions within financial markets, ideally across electronic trading or exchange environmen
• ts.Strong understanding of traded asset classes, particularly equities and related financial produc
• ts.Experience gathering requirements and working with software engineering teams within Agile/Scrum environmen
• ts.Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality outcom
• es.Ability to create clear technical documentation, including requirements, specifications and API documentati

on.
