Position: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Industry: Financial Services

Salary: Up to £60,000

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

In this role, you'll be in charge of running and maintaining the existing cloud infrastructure and various applications, working on new product development, and ensuring we stick to security and compliance best practices. You'll be working primarily in AWS and some ancillary logging and monitoring platforms, as well as with various internal tools and platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years experience with AWS - designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS environments.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation with languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Strong communication skills.
