Full Stack Engineer
Job Title / Corporate Title: C# .NET Full Stack Developer
Contract: £750 - £950 / day (Inside IR35)
Location: London (Hybrid)
You'll be joining a major financial services organisation to design, build, and support Full Stack C# .NET applications used across core regulatory and reporting systems.
Your mission - develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise-grade software that underpins finance and regulatory reporting processes. You'll work across the stack using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Oracle, collaborating with DevOps and cloud teams to deliver high-performance, resilient solutions in a highly regulated environment.
This is a hands-on development role for someone who knows how to turn business requirements into robust, scalable applications - and can code, design, and integrate at a high technical standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain .NET applications (both Windows and web-based).
- Build and optimise SQL Server and Oracle database components (PL/SQL & T-SQL).
- Support integration and automation initiatives across financial systems.
- Apply best practices in design, testing, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need:
- Proven C# and .NET development expertise (Framework & .NET Core).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and best practices.
- Solid experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Experience in financial or regulatory reporting systems within banking.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have:
- Cloud computing experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of AQR Reporting (ECB).
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture standards.
