The Role

As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of evolving the company’s DevOps strategy, driving infrastructure scalability, and building operational excellence across the business. This role offers significant influence, with a clear focus on:

• Defining and delivering a forward-looking DevOps and operations roadmap
• Overseeing infrastructure, managed services, security, and development best practices
• Leading improvements in platform reliability, scalability, and automation
• Partnering with product, engineering, and client teams to align technical delivery with business growth

What You’ll Bring

• Proven senior leadership experience across DevOps, platform engineering, or operations
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and modern cloud architecture
• A strategic, pragmatic mindset with high ownership and accountability

• FinTech or high-performance software background is advantageous
