Harrington Starr has partnered with a leading global FinTech seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join their London team. You’ll lead a small, high-performing engineering group building cloud-native enterprise software used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 2–5 engineers.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
• Champion engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading software development teams.
