A global energy and commodities business is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a technically complex, security-driven environment supporting a wide range of infrastructure and network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Checkpoint firewalls and Cisco network infrastructure
• Support Cisco ISE and Zscaler Internet/Private Access solutions
• Manage Data Centre colocation and vendor relationships
• Contribute to IT security prevention and awareness initiatives

Essential Experience:

• Deep technical knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and Cisco ISE
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Splunk
• Strong understanding of IT security practices
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent

Desirable Experience:

• Background in supporting Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Familiarity with VMware, VxRail, Rubrik, and backup/recovery processes
• Exposure to CUCM, LogicMonitor, Mimecast, Okta, and other security tools
