Ideal for a product professional who excels in dynamic, ambiguous settings and knows how to deliver value quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- End‐to‐end ownership of a mobile product (Crypto or Share Dealing).
- Conduct customer interviews and turn findings into actionable product requirements.
- Create full customer journeys, BA‐level documentation, and functional specifications.
- Prioritise and deliver quick MVPs that drive measurable product impact.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering in Agile squads.
- Oversee product testing, flows, and readiness activities ahead of multi‐market launches.
- Analyse customer usage, commercial performance, and behavioural data to inform decisions.
- Work effectively with international engineering teams across multiple time zones.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional partners.
- Bring structure, clarity, and calm problem‐solving to a high‐pressure environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background as a Product Manager / Product Owner within mobile app environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver fast MVPs with little onboarding support.
- Commercially minded, data‐driven, and comfortable making prioritisation decisions.
- Excellent communication skills across varying stakeholder groups.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed tech teams.
- Calm under pressure, confident in ambiguity, and able to self‐start.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
Preferred Experience
- Crypto, trading, investment, or financial services product experience.
- AI‐savvy (comfortable using AI tools to create documentation and analyse insights).
- Previous work in high‐growth fintech or multi‐market product environments.
- Exposure to regulated industries or cross‐border product launches.
Working Pattern
- 3 days per week in the London office
- Inside IR35 day‐rate contract
- Fast‐moving, growth‐focused digital product environment
