Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and success metrics to align with company goals.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and MVP development to launch, growth, and iterative improvement.
• Direct and motivate a cross-functional team, setting clear priorities and providing decisive leadership to meet project milestones.
• Translate customer insights into detailed product requirements and develop data-driven roadmaps for continued development.
• Develop and deliver AI-powered features such as chat functionalities, workflow automation, and document extraction to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams on product pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate next steps regularly with founders and executive stakeholders.

Profile:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management within B2B SaaS or platform environments.
• Demonstrated success in launching early-stage products and scaling revenue.
• Hands-on experience using Python to build MVP prototypes for experimentation and market validation.
• Strong technical literacy, comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Background in mathematics, physics, or related fields, with the ability to apply analytical thinking.
• Excellent UX instincts with a focus on simplifying complex workflows for users.
• Data-driven decision-maker proficient with KPIs, experimentation methodologies, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communicator and team leader, thriving in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
• Experience with tools like v0.dev, Lovable, Figma, and A/B testing platforms such as Replit.
