Join a leading financial institution investing heavily in modern networking, security, and automation. You’ll be part of a high-performing engineering team supporting low-latency trading, secure connectivity, and core enterprise operations across global datacentres.

This is a hands-on, design-focused role where you’ll shape network architecture, strengthen security posture, and drive operational excellence in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design and operate scalable Layer 3 architectures and leaf-spine networks
• Lead BGP configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Deploy and manage Arista EOS switches and routers
• Strengthen security using Fortinet devices and Zero Trust principles
• Troubleshoot complex issues across LAN, WAN, and datacentre environments
• Deliver new trading venue connectivity and partner onboarding projects
• Translate high-level designs into clear implementation plans

What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in BGP and Layer 3 network design
• Hands-on experience with Arista EOS
• Solid understanding of network security (PoLP / Zero Trust)
• Comfortable with deep-dive troubleshooting in complex environments
• Bonus: Terraform/Ansible experience or Python automation skills
