Senior Sales Executive - Capital Markets (EMEA)

Remote | £90K-£120K + uncapped 10% commission

A fast-growing fintech is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across EMEA within Capital Markets technology.

This is a consultative, solutions-led role focused on managing and expanding strategic tier-one accounts while developing new business. Strong existing relationships within FX are highly advantageous.

You’ll inherit key clients with strong upsell potential and take ownership of both account growth and new logo acquisition across the region.

Requirements:

• Capital Markets sales experience (solutions-led preferred)
• Strong enterprise account management and new business capability
• FX network highly desirable
• Self-starter, comfortable in a remote-first environment

Offer:

• £90,000–£120,000 base
• Uncapped commission (10% of revenue)
