Senior Sales Executive – New Business and Account Management

Remote-first (UK/EMEA)
£90,000–£125,000 base + uncapped commission
This is a fast-growing fintech delivering high-performance electronic trading technology to some of the world's leading capital markets firms, including tier-one banks, exchanges, and buy-side institutions.
The role
- Own and grow a portfolio of established accounts while actively developing new business across UK and EMEA
- Drive revenue through expansion, upsells, renewals and net-new acquisition; 6–8 major deals annually, average £150k–£350k, up to £1M+
- Build trusted-advisor relationships from end-user through to C-suite across business and technology functions
- Lead the full sales cycle: presentations, proposals, RFPs, PoCs and commercial negotiations, supported by a dedicated technical pre-sales team
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and help shape product direction through client feedback
What you'll need
- 5+ years in capital markets technology sales or strategic account management
- Strong grounding in electronic trading workflows and front-office technology: FX, derivatives and multi-asset experience valued
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and modern trading architecture (no coding required)
- Proven track record managing and growing enterprise accounts with tier 1/2 financial institutions
- Consultative, solutions-led approach
The package
- £90,000–£125,000 base depending on experience
- 10% commission OTE
- Remote-first working across UK/EMEA
