AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer to build production ready AI applications that solve complex, real world challenges. You'll design and develop AI agents, integrate LLMs into scalable products and work closely with engineers and end users to deliver reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks
• Develop, test and optimise production AI features
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software
• Build and deploy AI agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks, including Claude and LangChain/LangGraph

Requirements:

• Commercial experience building AI applications using LLMs
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills
• Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG or similar techniques
• Familiarity with testing, CI/CD and production software development
