CMS Analyst
We are seeking an experienced CMS Analyst with Clio Operate expertise to support a major technology transformation programme.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Clio Operate, including workflows, fields, templates, permissions and system settings
- Help migrate case and matter data from existing systems into Clio Operate
- Review and improve data quality before and during migration activities
- Map data fields between old and new systems and support migration testing
- Work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure successful go live
- Support user testing and provide assistance during implementation
- Maintain clear documentation of system changes, mappings and processes
Skills & Experience
- Hands on experience configuring Clio Operate
- Good understanding of Clio Operate data structures and case management systems
- Experience with data migration, data mapping and data validation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users
- Experience working with legal technology systems is desirable
- Knowledge of Aderant Expert Sierra, Boomi or ETL tools would be an advantage
