Platform Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Platform System Administrator to support the management and development of a professional learning platform used across a global organisation. You will help ensure the platform is well maintained, accessible and engaging for users while supporting continuous improvements and new features.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the learning platform, ensuring content is organised, relevant and accessible

Monitor platform engagement and maintain dashboards and reports

Support users with onboarding, training and platform queries

Manage user permissions, communities, pages and other platform structures

Support UX/UI improvements and platform enhancements

Work with internal teams and external vendors to maintain integrations and system performance

Implement accessibility standards and support content life cycle processes (archiving and updates)
Skills & Experience
-
Experience administering an LMS such as Docebo or similar

Strong technical skills, including HTML and CSS
-
Knowledge of platform governance, analytics and user engagement

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Desirable

UX/UI knowledge

Familiarity with accessibility standards and data governance
