As a Client/Commercial Manager at Harrison Clarke, you will be fully focused on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with Tier 1 VC-backed startups. This is a pure new business development role, with your primary goal being to win exclusive job opportunities for our delivery team to fulfil.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing new client relationships within US tech market
  • Identify, target, and acquire clients across, Data, AI and Cloud verticals
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process
  • Contributing to the growth of longer-term client partnerships
  • Lead debriefs and strategy sessions with clients.

About You:

  • 4+ year experience in a recruitment or staffing. If you're ambitious, adaptable and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you
  • You thrive in ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities with energy, empathy, and a bias for action.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, naturally curious and charismatic.
