The Opportunity
We're hiring Senior Talent Acquisition Consultants to build relationships with venture-backed companies and high-calibre candidates, operate as a true market advisor, and play a meaningful role in scaling Harrison Clarke's next phase.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and deepening relationships with Founders, CTOs, VPs Eng, Heads of Talent, and investors.
- Developing a sustainable, high-quality talent network in Data, Cloud and AI.
- Delivering retained and contingent searches with a consultative, high-touch process.
- Using modern sourcing methods.
