Salary Range: H4 Pt 7 to 10 £30,088 - £31,402 per annum

(pro rata 0.8514FTE) i.e. £25,616pa to £26,735pa

Hours: 36hpw – full-time, term time only

About you

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, resourceful and flexible individual to undertake this key role. To provide high quality first-line technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. To support and advise students and staff in the appropriate use of ICT. 

To apply safe practices and maintain security on all hardware, the network, and data held and accessed, in compliance with GDPR and the school's network and internet security policies.
