Founding Engineer (Frontend Focus) | YC-Backed AI Startup | £80-100k + Equity

I'm recruiting for a YC-backed startup that's building the future of intelligent workflow automation using cutting-edge AI technology.

They're hiring their third engineer to join an ex-Palantir founding team who are tackling some of the hardest problems in AI at enterprise level.

The role:

• Full-stack capability - (TypeScript, Next.js & Python or Golang)
• Build robust, scalable systems from the ground up
• Bridge the gap between brilliant engineering and customer needs
• Shape the technical foundation of a fast-growing AI platform

You:

• 2-5 years of software development experience
• Strong frontend skills, comfortable across the full stack
• Proven track record shipping quality software quickly
• Customer-facing mindset - you enjoy understanding user problems
• London-based (4 days/week in office - Central London)
