What You'll Do* Lead implementation and adoption of indirect tax technology solutions.* Recommend best-practice strategies to maximise usage, outcomes, and value.* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors across enterprise clients.* Identify opportunities for growth through upsell and cross-sell pathways.* Relay customer insights to product and leadership teams to shape future enhancements.

About You* 5+ years in indirect tax, process improvement, or tax operations.* Strong understanding of indirect tax processes, technology, and transformation.* Excellent communicator able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional results.

Nice to Have* Experience in SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth technology environments.* Exposure to enterprise-level or high-profile tech clients.* Experience with API-first or digital tax solutions.

Location Hybrid role based in London, UK.
