Role

The AI & Innovation – Senior Advisor role is an exciting new role and a full-time permanent position, with a hybrid working model that allows for a mix of on-site collaboration (3 days) and remote work (2 days).

The Senior Advisor will lead strategic initiatives to integrate AI and data-driven solutions into a US firm, with a main focus on supporting the fee-earners in London. A legal qualification is not required for this role. We are happy to look at candidates from a Technology/Innovation background.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in innovation management and AI-driven solution design, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and implement innovation initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate data, interpret trends, and assess the impact of AI tools on business performance and talent outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Consulting experience, ideally within professional services or legal recruitment, with a track record of advising senior stakeholders and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management for technology or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics platforms, and an understanding of their application in talent acquisition, market research, or legal services.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating across teams and managing work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
