Lead DevOps Engineer

Partnered with a Global AI Software Solution company who are revolutionising the Aviation security processes and hiring for a Permanent DevOps Lead Engineer to guide the business in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code as well as Containerisation with Kubernetes. You'll also be mentoring team members, enabling best practises and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure Business goals are achieved.

The Role:

* Foster a collaborative and innovative environment and oversee setup and management of CI/CD Pipelines on AWS and on-prem bare-metal clusters.

* Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilising tools like Terraform and Pulumi as well as design implement and optimise containerised environments.

* Implementation and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and enhance scalability of applications.

* Manage Virtual environments and cloud hardware resources including GPU Instances enabling high-compute workloads.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience with complete hands on conceptualisation, designing and implementing a containerised solutions to on-premise bare metal AWS.

* Strong understanding of network configuration both in cloud and on-premise environments.

* Experience with high-performance computing and optimisation of GPU workloads.

* Strong knowledge of best security practises, including secure coding, DevSecOps and compliance standards.

* Experience with Pulumi for infrastructure as code using Python.
