We are looking for an experienced Digital Change Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation programme. You will lead the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes and technologies across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management plans using structured methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Create and manage communication, engagement and training plans.
• Support business readiness, user adoption and benefits realisation.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance.
• Coach project teams, managers and senior leaders through change.
• Track adoption metrics and embed change into project delivery.

Essential Skills

• Proven change management experience within digital transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience delivering change across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive user adoption.
• Prosci Change Management certification (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering organisation-wide change initiatives.
