People Change Delivery Consultant

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of People Change Manager, an initial 6-month contract hybrid to Edinburgh - 3 days a week.

• Inside of IR35 - £500 - £600 a day
• Public sector, local authority of financial services experience is preferred.
• Support the delivery of workplace transformation and people change initiatives within a complex organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive workplace transformation activities from planning through to implementation.
• Support change, organisation development, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.
• Develop implementation plans, communications and practical delivery tools.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and progress reporting.
• Produce high-quality updates for senior stakeholders and executives.

Key experience:

• Proven background in workplace transformation, people change, organisation development or change delivery.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a consulting or advisory environment is desirable.
