Purchase To Pay Delivery Officer (FTC to March 2027)

We're supporting a large organisation undergoing a major finance transformation and are looking for a P2P Delivery Officer to play a key role in delivering an end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solution as part of a wider enterprise systems programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the rollout of a modern, streamlined P2P function, working across Purchasing, Finance, and wider business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of a P2P implementation across the full project life cycle
- Work closely with business leads to manage progress, risks, and dependencies
- Lead specific workstreams within the P2P work package
- Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels
- Help define, redesign, and embed best practice P2P processes
- Support training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual
Key Requirements
- Proven experience supporting or delivering P2P implementations (ideally SAP)
- Strong understanding of P2P processes and best practice
- Experience working on business change or transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Desirable
- Experience in large, complex or regulated environments
- Knowledge of SAP P2P or equivalent systems
- Exposure to areas such as e-invoicing, workflows, catalogue purchasing, or purchasing cards
